Poppy Seed Bread

3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 1/8 cups oil
1 1/2 tsp butter flavoring
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 Tbl poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond extract

Mix all ingredients. Stir 1-2 minutes. Pour into 2 large or 4 small lightly greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour for large pans, 40 minutes for small pans, at 350 degrees.

Glaze:
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp butter flavoring
1/3 cup orange juice

Let bread cool just a few minutes. Pierce top with a fork and brush glaze on top of the bread.
