Jimmy's Alfredo Sauce

1 stick butter
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 tsp garlic salt
1 pinch of salt, pepper and Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Asiago Cheese

Melt the butter. Add the cream. Add salts and spices. Cook on medium-low for 15 minutes, stirring constantly but letting it boil up to thicken. Turn off the heat and quickly stir in the cheese. Immediately drop your face near the sauce, take a whiff, and welcome to heaven. Serve over pasta of your choice.

Optional: Add chicken, vegetables, etc.
Optional: Add red sauce to create a pink sauce. (Jimmy recommends 5 cheese Ragu)
