Caramel Corn

-1 cup white sugar
-1 1/2 cup brown sugar
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 cup Karo syrup (dark is better) 

-3/4 cup water
-Cook all ingredients until it forms a soft ball.

Add:
-1 tsp baking soda 

-1 stick butter
-2 tsp vanilla


-Stir into 2-3 large bowls.
-Optional: Spread popcorn on cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
